These have not held up as well as other designs coming apart after 5 months (but the zip feature is still intact).

Son got them for Christmas, he really likes them and they’ve been pretty good. But after just two months the zipper fastener has broken on one of the shoes and he needs a new pair. Would steer clear of them for this reason.

I purchased these for my daughter for Christmas. She didn’t really get to start eating them until after Christmas. The concept behind the shoe is great, and I wouldn’t mind an adult pair. Sadly, this should didn’t make it 5 months before it started to just fall apart on her feet. She started getting holes around the 2 month mark, but we just brushed it off. Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love Merrell. This shoe just didn’t make it.
