My kid with high arches and wide feet FINALLY has a pair of sandals to wear. They stay velcroed pretty well and are easy enough for a toddler to put on himself.

Love these sandals for my 16mo daughter! Just enough protection for her feet when she has to wear shoes. All the straps are velcro and seem to be holding up well. My daughter hates wearing shoes in the car and can usually manage to take these off which isn’t a big deal to me but is something to keep in mind.

I have tried several different brands/types of sandals for my 3 year old son and these are the first that he can run around in with no blisters, no hot spots and he loves them! He has very sensitive skin so it has been a battle to find anything that would work for him, but these sandals are perfect!

My three year old loves them. Comfy, easy to put on herself. Also I’ll say, she wore them while using her balance bike, and I saw her drag her toes several times, and when I checked her shoes later there were no scuffed or scarred up areas. Great quality.

This sandal has been everything a sandal for babies should be. Its extremely flexible, every strap is adjustable for babys quickly changing size and all the materials are full on sturdy. Weve but socks on him as he breaks them in ao he doesnt get blisters. But theyre softening up nice. Next spring were getting the next size up.

We bought these for our son after he started walking last year as his first pair of sandals. They fit perfectly, the three velcro straps for making adjustments were fantastic, no rubs or blisters, great traction for a toddler learning to walk, and he loved running around in them. Very much a perfect, go-to, every day kind of sandal.
I came back to buy a new pair for this summer, but, unfortunately, I’m not seeing where the bare steps sandals are made in the big kids’ sizes. Our son is turning 2 next month, but he’s been wearing double his age since he was born, and he’s probably going into an 11 or 12 since the size 10 sneakers that got him through the fall and winter are already getting tight. So hoping that Merrell might start making these in the big kids sizes too.

These sandals are perfect for my toddler. I really like the adjustable velcro straps. Many sandals I have tried for him have adjustable straps on the tops, but not on the back of the foot. I feel like this will help the shoe fit him longer.

Just perfect. Love that it’s open toe, easy to put on, flexible sole and great quality. Bought this model two summers in a row to accommodate growing feet. Only wish they made them for bigger feet now that he’s outgrown size 10!

These are awesome! Soft, comfortable.. my daughter loves them and was immediately skipping around smiling and posing in her new sandals! She’s a size 10 and it seems like this size unfortunately won’t last too long for us, I came on to possible exchange for a 10.5. In other brands, she has just recently transitioned from 9.5 to 10 so I’d say these run on the smaller side for us. As others have requested, please Merrell, offer these in bigger sizes because they are a win for the littles!! I would happily buy more pairs in every color If available 🙂

Very flexible and comfortable shoe, which is just what I was looking for for my toddler. I was also looking for one that would be easy for him to learn how to put on and take off, and this one is great!! Lots of velcro for easy slip-on/off, he is working hard on putting them on all by himself and doing so well. I’m so happy with how flexible they are, he gets excited to wear them. One of the best shoes I’ve found for little ones!

Perfect sandal for an active 3 1/2 year old! We bought these in silver for 3 1/2 year-old granddaughter who adores them!
