Bruce –
Excellent boot. Very warm and fits true to size. I always need wide fit shoes and boots, and these fit the bill perfectly. They’re very comfortable.

Horrible experience, will NEVER PURCHASE anything from your company again. Ordered woman’s size 7 wide boot, w
Delivered, it was mens size 7 wide…
Customer service guaranteed me that if I order boot again, I will receive corrected size.. well unfortunately I did, and when boot was delivered it was a men’s size 7 wide fit the 2nd time.
Your customer service reps have no idea what they’re doing. Hugely dissatisfied and experience was horrific…. Only thing you all did right was manager, who did an instant return for me.. you should give manager a huge raise because I’m sure I’m 1 customer out of hundreds that she needs to deal with to make things right. But you definitely lost 1 customer for life and about another 30 other customers that heard my nightmare of a story

This is a very good boot. Warm, comfortable well-made boot. I like that I can wear thin socks and my feet remain warm.

The fit and the materials of this boot are really great. They would be comfortable except for the fact that the ankles are exposed and the cold and snow get in. They are way too low. They’re not really boots in fact, more like shoes. It’s impossible to hold pants around them, they always slip off on the back because there is so little wiggle room. You I have to always wear them with good gators that go low on the back, and ironically they don’t have gater hooks. I wouldn’t have but these shoes but i had to get higher boots replaced and there weren’t any other wide models available.

Great boots, comfortable and fit well. I ordered wide fit.

Live in the northern US with regular snow and ice. They keep my feet warm and dry and I use for daily wear during the winter because of the comfort and traction they offer. Usually will wear a 10.5 with Merrell, but fit best in 11 in this pair because of a little thicker sock.

Feel Great . Look even better! Bomb proof. If you like to get out in winter these are a must have.

I got these boots as a Christmas gift for my husband. He is over the moon about these! When he put them on he said “I can’t believe the tongue is even padded. These are so comfortable!” The next day, we took the dog for a walk and he wore the boots. He couldn’t stop going off about how much he loves these! “I can’t believe how comfortable these boots are, and I’ve never heard of this brand!”
Highly recommend these 🙂

Very Good, I love them

My husband is VERY happy with his new boots, as the wide width is so much more comfortable, and they are also warmer than his old ones.

The material is very good, beautiful and very comfortable to wear. I have no complaint .

Shoes are working well in keeping my feet warm so far in milder winter weather. This is my second pair of boots with the Coldpack grip system and they work great on slippery surfaces. I have wide feet and the extra room in the toe box makes these boots super comfy.

High Quality Boot, Most Comfortable Fit, Outstanding Value
Jimmy C –
Easily one of the best outdoor boots I have ever purchased. Comfortable, rugged and work as advertised, just wish I could have worn them in the mountains of eastern Afghanistan.
Laragorn –
Perfect fit for my wide and high foot. I went up 1/2 size to make room for thick socks, but they are comfortable no matter what type of sock I’m wearing.

I don’t wear boots often but have a steep concrete driveway in a snowy climate I was tired of slipping while shoveling or just walking up the driveway in the winter. I did some research and ended up buying these boots and they’ve been great. Way better grip, warmer, and more comfortable than my old boots.

The boots are very sturdy and comfortable. The soles give good traction for winter walking. I wear a women’s 12 and got a men’s 10.5. The boots fit well with a pair of Smartwool cushioned socks. I haven’t been in extremes cold with the boots, but they have been comfortably warm in temperatures in the teens.
Rob I –
Very comfortable and only slightly heavier than my regular hiking Merrells. Warm too on cold, below freezing mornings.
Will E –
Really nice, warm, winter boots. Seems to have a special kind of rubber that resists slipping on ice, and the insulation is warm. My only complaint is that lacing is kind of slow, but I’m spoiled from summer slip-ons.

i used them to hike a snow covered, tamped down, trail in Breckenridge Colorado. I also used them to walk around the town of Breckenridge as well. the shoes performed well. i have only used them for one week, so i cannot talk about durability
K.Kane –
As advertised – they are warm and they are waterproof. I am a huge fan of Merrill’s having owned 5 or 6 pair of Moab 2’s but even when they are marketed a such, they are not waterproof. Two years ago I did find a pair of Merrill’s that were waterproof but when the uppers finally gave way, this particular model had disappeared from their website. Enter the Thermo Mid Waterproof. I don’t know if these are the next step in the evolutionary development of the previous outdoor Merrill boot but these are better on every level. They are warm, they are waterproof and they are comfortable for any activity I asked of them outdoors. As a real “waterproof” and insulated boot, you don’t want to wear them indoors all day because your feet will sweat, but in the snow or in the rain, they will keep your feet warm and dry. The sole tracks are deep so they offer excellent traction and they give you great confidence, especially in changing conditions and on inclined trails.

Size is true so if you wear thick socks get 1/2 size larger. I’ve been hiking with these in Slovakia, they are warm and comfortable. I have had these for 2 months
RP –
I’ve been using these through the past 3 months walking hilly ice and snow covered rough trails walking g my dog.
Susie J –
I purchased these for my husband. He Loves the fit and the style but has not been able to try them out in cold weather yet. We shall see how they do when it’s cold out.

Everything they’re supposed to be!
