Yes! In addition to footwear, we carry a selection of performance clothing and shorts specifically chosen to complement our shoe collection for outdoor adventures.
How do I choose the right size for trail shoes?
We recommend consulting our size chart for each product. International customers can request a size matching consultation by emailing our support team. For hiking boots, we typically suggest going half a size up from your regular shoe size to accommodate thicker socks.

We ship globally to most countries, excluding select remote regions in Asia. Our warehouse is located in San Francisco, and we use premium carriers to ensure reliable delivery worldwide.

How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I track my international order?
Absolutely! All shipments include real-time tracking from our warehouse at 2419 Wolf Pen Road to your doorstep. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please contact our team to initiate a return to our San Francisco hub.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned items at our warehouse. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns for refunds only. For a different size or style, please place a new order after receiving your refund.
